I Built This Because I Needed it.
Hi, I'm Towanda McEachern. I'm a Regional Property Manager, which means that on any given day, I'm responsible for multiple properties, multiple staff members, multiple vendors, and a hundred moving pieces that all need to be tracked, followed up on, and remembered.
For years, I managed it the way most of us do: notebooks, sticky notes, phone reminders, mental lists. And it worked; until it didn't. I'd show up at a property and realize the number I needed was on a note back at the office. I'd finish a call and forget to log the follow-up.
